In 2013, under the supervision of Dr.Andrew Bayliss, Lisa was granted an Experimental Psychological Society Undergraduate Research Bursary to investigate joint attention, specifically, investigating whether faces that follow our eye gaze capture our attention. She graduated from UEA in July 2014, receiving the British Psychological Undergraduate Award for Outstanding Degree Performance.
During her Research Masters, Lisa continued to investigate joint attention, exploring sense of agency during joint attention, using an eye tracking paradigm. She is continuing this line of research for her PhD, having been granted a Faculty studentship in 2015.
